PressBookie is a golf scoring, match tracking, and live streaming application operated by PressBookie LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We've kept it straightforward because we genuinely don't collect much.

PressBookie is designed to work without requiring any personal information. Specifically:

• No accounts. You don't sign up, log in, or create a profile.
• No names or emails. We never ask for or store your real name or email address.
• No location data. We never access your GPS or location.
• No device identifiers. We don't collect your device ID, advertising ID, or any fingerprinting data.
• No tracking or analytics. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking.
• No cross-app tracking. We do not track users across third-party apps or websites. We do not share data with data brokers or advertising networks for tracking purposes.

When you start a live sharing round, the following anonymous data is temporarily stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database:

• Scores, handicaps, and press data entered during the round
• Chat messages, including the display name you choose when sending
• A randomly generated 6-character round code
• A timestamp of when the round was created

This data is automatically deleted after 48 hours and is not linked to any personal identity. If you don't use live sharing, no data is sent to Firebase — everything stays on your device only.

PressBookie Live is an optional paid subscription feature that enables live video broadcasting and Moments video capture during a golf round. When you use PressBookie Live:

Go Live — Live Streaming

• Camera and microphone access is requested on your device solely for the purpose of broadcasting your live stream. We do not access your camera or microphone for any other purpose.
• Live stream video and audio is transmitted to and processed by Cloudflare Stream, a third-party video infrastructure provider. Cloudflare may retain recordings of your stream for up to 30 days following the conclusion of your broadcast, after which recordings are automatically deleted.
• Stream metadata — including your stream's unique identifier, HLS playback URL, and active status — is temporarily stored in Firebase under your round code and is deleted with your round data after 48 hours.
• Your live stream is only accessible to users who have your private round link. Streams are not publicly discoverable.
• Live stream quality depends on your device's cellular or Wi-Fi connection. PressBookie does not guarantee stream quality and is not responsible for degraded or interrupted streams due to network conditions.

Moments — Video Clip Capture

• Camera access is requested on your device when you choose to record a Moment. Moments are short video clips of up to 30 seconds recorded using your device's native camera.
• Moments video clips are uploaded to and processed by Cloudflare Stream. Clips are associated with your anonymous round code only — no personal identity is attached.
• Moments are automatically deleted from our systems within 48 hours. Round metadata and clip references are removed from Firebase after 48 hours. Cloudflare Stream may retain the underlying video file for up to 31 days before permanent deletion per their minimum retention policy. No Moments video is accessible or playable after 48 hours.
• Moments metadata — including the Cloudflare clip ID, upload timestamp, and round code — is temporarily stored in Firebase and deleted with your round data after 48 hours.
• Moments are only visible to users who have your private round link. Clips are not publicly discoverable.
• By recording and posting a Moment, you confirm that you have the right to record all individuals and content captured in the clip, and that the clip does not contain any unlawful, obscene, or prohibited content. PressBookie LLC reserves the right to remove any Moment that violates these terms.

If you do not use PressBookie Live, your camera and microphone are never accessed and no video data is collected or transmitted.

PressBookie saves your round settings and score data locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you use live sharing. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser or app data, or by reinstalling the app.

We use the following third-party services to deliver the app. Each is subject to its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase Realtime Database — live round sharing, chat, and stream metadata. Data auto-deleted after 48 hours. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Stream — live video processing and delivery for PressBookie Live. Live stream recordings may be retained by Cloudflare for up to 30 days following the conclusion of a broadcast. Moments video clips are inaccessible after 48 hours and permanently deleted by Cloudflare within 31 days. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• OpenGolfAPI — course search. Your course search query is sent to their servers. No personal information is included.
• Google Fonts — typography. Google may log font requests per their standard practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers or data brokers. We have no advertising relationships of any kind.

PressBookie is available to golfers of all ages. Users under 13 should use the app with parental or guardian supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app without parental consent, please contact us immediately at support@pressbookie.com and we will take prompt steps to remove that information.

Since we don't collect personal information tied to your identity, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. Specifically:

• Firebase round data is automatically deleted after 48 hours.
• Cloudflare stream recordings are automatically deleted within 30 days of your stream ending.
• Local device data can be cleared at any time through your device settings or by reinstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
